Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026. By using the website and services of PT Meta Media Optima, you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing metamediaoptima.com and/or using services of PT Meta Media Optima ("MMO"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
MMO provides IT solutions services including:
- IT Procurement (hardware, server, networking, surveillance)
- Software Licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, etc.)
- Custom Software Development (web, mobile, API)
- Cloud & Infrastructure Services
- Cybersecurity & Audit
- Managed IT Services
- SaaS Platforms (AireOptima, MetaRental, MetaKos, MetaBooking, etc.)
3. Quotation & Contract
Quotations we provide are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise. A quotation becomes an official contract after you send a Purchase Order (PO) and we confirm receipt.
4. Payment
- Government institutions: following applicable payment regulations
- Corporations: standard terms (30% DP, 40% progress, 30% final) or as negotiated
- SaaS subscriptions: monthly/annual payment at the start of the period
- All transactions include official tax invoices (PT Meta Media Optima is PKP)
5. Warranty & Support
Hardware procurement: warranty follows official vendor warranty (Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.). Custom software development: 60-day bug fix warranty after go-live. Managed services: SLA per contract.
6. Intellectual Property
Source code of custom software we develop for you becomes the client's property after full payment. Open-source libraries/frameworks follow their respective licenses. MMO brand assets remain MMO property.
7. Limitation of Liability
MMO's liability for damages is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or force majeure.
8. Service Termination
Project contracts can be terminated by either party with at least 30 days notice. SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the payment period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved first through deliberation, then at the Sidoarjo District Court if no agreement is reached.
10. Changes to Terms
MMO reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email and/or website.
